It only works with the cable with two USB connectors data and aux power , both plugged into Wii usb ports. Detected with GeeXboX only if plugged into the wii before launching the program. A game runs sometimes when you restart the wii and start the game again. Didn't work with NTFS, ends up corrupting the partition. The hard drive does not shut down when the Wii is turned off, so care must be taken to ensure that the drive is powered down when not in use. I wonder if you are dealing with old drive issues.
